Applications for jobs in education sector can be submitted starting from Thursday as examinations will be held in July, Echorouk has learnt.
The number of vacant jobs is 12,000 in different positions. Of them, 6,000 teaching positions in high schools, 2,000 in junior high schools and 1,000 in primary schools. Final results will be announced in late July.
As for administrative personnel, 6,000 vacant jobs will be opened and 1,000 positions of professional workers.
Selected applicants are expected to start working on September 3rd.
According to the same sources, the education ministry works on getting an “exceptional authorization” to employ successful applicants in waiting lists if in vacant jobs following retirement among primary and junior high school teachers.
Applicants in 2012’s waiting lists will not be employed as all the examinations 2013 will be based on degrees in accordance with allowed standards and conditions.
The ministry reduced time limit for applications to 15 days from 20 days in order to win time and prepare for the examinations.
